E&P shortcode error when publishing the page

I tried the E&P form during the editing mode is can see the form, but when i published it shown as the shortcode not the form.
check the page

go all the way to the bottom to see the form.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your page and it seems like you’ve pasted the shortcode in the Classic Code Snippet element. Please paste the shortcode in the Raw Content element instead.

Please note that Classic Code Snippet element will display your content as it is in a code like formatted way, it doesn’t support shortcodes rendering.
