E&P Forms Builder - orders not visable

Hi there,

I might have a similiar issue like in this thread: WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder - No Orders

There are no orders shown or the page isn’t even loading. Nevertheless I can see that there have been orders in the statistics of the form.
But this only happens for one specific form. I have a similiar one that is still showing orders. So my guess is a performance issue caused by too many orders.

I have created a test page and added the shortcode into it and found it is working fine. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Hi, yes it is working in frontend. I just can’t see the orders in backend view

Hey @ArtOfSpring,

This is the second case reported so I believe that there’s a problem with E&P on some servers. The best thing to do like suggested in the other thread is to revert your site to a working version.

We need to wait for the next E&P version.
