E&P form Pop-up acting strange ( Video Example)

Hi,
I’m having a strange issue with one of my E&P forms. I created two forms. I place a button to call the forms in Pop-up on the same page. When I click the button for the first form, which also happens to be the first form I created. It functions as programmed. When I click on the second button that calls my second form, it does a really strange thing. I created a video screen so you can see it live.

Hi @soycafe,

Looks like the problem is the form itself and it only happens on that, and I can’t replicate this on my installation either. Could you try re-creating that form? With different name and of course, ID.

No changes after creating a new form.

I also took the liberty of reinstalling the plugin. Them importing the form. Again, no changes. Issue remains.

Hi @soycafe,

The problem is indeed the form itself. I added a test page and directly used the shortcode of the form that has a problem and not the launch button. I also added the shortcode inside the Content Area element which is the correct place to add. The result is the same:

The only thing that I think of is that try to add a new form and do not duplicate the original form. Just add the new one from scratch.

Hi, I did that as well. Rad advised me to try that which I did. I added a new scratch. as a matter of fact it is still there. It is called Orchestra 7 Hosting AWS with ID #4. I only added one step for testing.
On your recommendation, I just add a new form, ID #5.

I added the new form in the body. I change the button color to purple. it’s still pulling a form that has a green button.

Could the template be the issue? Im using integrity light?

Hey @soycafe,

I enabled the Ajax navigation support of your 5th form and now it works (see secure note).

Never dawned on me that was the one thing that was different between the working form and the forms that were not working.
