E&P Form Builder Version 9.709

Greetings Themeco Teams,

Since my company ( platinumcode.com.my )use XPro intensively and closely, i am getting error and bugs on E&P now… not loading it well (back end, sometime ok sometime not ok) and tested that Form seems working fine (Front end),

I also getting HTTP 500 Error or asking to do debugging.

Hope you can help see my most important work?

Sincerely
Ady

Greetings,

New development, i found that Revolution Slider got a problem with Ajax Error now.

Hi @platinumcode2013,

Thanks for reaching out.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your E&P Form builder and Revolution Slider.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hope that helps and let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

Greetings Caramaton,

Ive’ tested and clean up abit any custom code in my website. As far as i remember, i dont do any “heavy” have JS code or CSS custom code so far.

I followed and did some test and its seems E&P Forms Plugins gave me a trouble of HTTP Error 500 and Ajax Error.

  1. Testing for Theme Related Issue
It seems E&P Forms gave me problem. I think. Maybe

  2. Testing for Plugins Conflict
Tried to deactive and test one by one… it seems maybe either E&P Forms Builder or maybe Slider Revolution. It does confuse me…

  3. Theme Update:
I’ve been used the latest Theme for the beginning.

  4. Child Theme.
So far i dont use any.

  5. CSS/JS Customization.
i’ve cleaned un use code or old code… The problem seems persist.

Hope this will your team to find the culprit. Hoe you guys help me.

Sincerely
Ady

256MB memory limit is not enough huh? X Pro using alot of memory?

Hi @platinumcode2013,

256MB is just enough. As soon as you install plugins and other customizations, it is more advisable to increase it to 512mb.

Cheers.

Got it! thank you so much for the help…

Great Team! Long Live Themeco!
