E&P Form Builder problem

Hi there,

I’m trying to use the E&P plugin included with the X Theme, but it’s not working right. For instance the changes I make to the titles in the areas below don’t get saved. I’m not sure the extent to which the plugin doesn’t work, but this crucial feature not working is enough for me not to use the plugin at all. I’ve installed it on two other sites: on one of them I get the same problem and on the other website (which is hosted with a different server & environment) it doesn’t even save the form, it stays on the green screen shown while saving without ever saving (3rd picture below).

Please could you send me a working version of this plugin?

Thank you for the very detailed post information. Can you please confirm that you are up to date? Please make sure that your WordPress core, X theme, Cornerstone, and all other plugins are up to date. Most of the time outdated WP core, theme or plugins may create issues in your site.

And if you are already updated, there might be a plugin conflict. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exists, please reinstall X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to reinstall X.
