E&P Form Builder plugin - how to change email address

I am using the plugin E&P Form Builder that comes with theme X, and when a person fill out the form, they get an email with the address: wordpress@mydomain.com. I already checked my settings on wordpress and it has my email. I want to know where on this plugin I can change the “From” email address so it doesn’t show wordpress@mydomain.com.
