E&P Form Builder options

Hello,

I’m using E&P Form Builder and have several issues that I have not been able to solve on my own:

1. I choose to display the total price directly at the end of the page, but this price has some troubles updating whenever another value is selected from a select field in the form. The calculation doesnot want to update, or gives a false price. Is there anyway to force the total price to refresh whenever something is changed in the form?

2. Is there anyway to disable the last step? (It’s because I try to make a form that has only one step and that displays everything on one page). And can I customize the default button at the end of each step so that it leads to my contact page?

Hi Alfasnel,

Thank you for writing in, would you mind providing us the URL where we can see your E&P Form in action so we can have a better understanding of the issue, and if you don’t mind please provide login credentials in a secure note so we can have a look on the configuration as well.

In the meantime, for issue #1, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
