E&P Form Builder Not Recording Orders, Not Sending Notifications

I have opened a ticket with E&P as well, but hoping someone could shed some light on this. I’ve had the issue in the past and I don’t recall what was done to remedy the issue then.

We have a custom cake builder for a client and it usually works, but every so often, it will take payment via Stripe for an order, but it will not record the order in the database and it does not send the order notification to the customer or the business.

Anyone who has experienced a similar issue and can offer advise is welcome.

This is likely to be a server problem because the issue is intermittent. You can do the following troubleshooting procedures that might able to help you with your issue.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

If possible, please monitor your website while the plugins are deactivated.
