I have experienced a similar problem to some topics on the forum where save is stuck in an infinite loop. Can you please advise as to what to do?
Thanks in advance.

Hello @MaltMUN,
Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
Please let us know how it goes.
Hi @RueNel,
I have all the latest versions of X theme, Cornerstone and Cost & Estimation Forms Builder.
Still have the infinite save loop happening.
Hi @MaltMUN,
In that case, please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note. And please provide the name of the form and screenshot.
For the meantime, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes!
Hi @Rad
here are the details:
the form is subscription demo (i cannot change the name due to the save infinite loop)
Hi @MaltMUN,
The initiated Ajax request upon saves returns 404. And it could be due to your hosting security due to the nature of the data being passed through that request. Though, I can’t confirm which data since it’s the same as with the newly created form.
I recommend contacting your hosting provider and see the details of the error or issue and Wordpress ajax return 404.
Thanks!
Hi @MaltMUN,
It’s probably not related to HTTPS but I can’t point what’s the actual cause. This kind of error is not even logged so well not able to find out any details even with FTP.
I just noticed about Referrer Policy, please check this https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000070308-secure-your-wordpress-sites-with-advanced-http-security-headers. Please contact your hosting provider and change it to Same Origin
instead of Strict Origin When Cross-Origin
.
Thanks!
Glad it’s working now, cheers! And you’re most welcome
