E&P Form Builder is not shown correctly on Cornerstone

Hi, I have created a form using E&P Form Builder and when I put the shortcode in a simple page, it works well. But when I place this code in a page built with Cornerstone, it is shown very badly.

Thanks for reaching out.

I can confirm that and it’s a known bug which currently doesn’t have any temporary workaround. It’s a conflict with the form’s assets and the rendering of the Cornerstone element. Our developers were already made aware of this issue. At the moment, please use the form in a plain or page built outside of Cornerstone.

So F*cking glad I just spent hours building a form only to find out I can’t use it because the theme that actually provided me the plugin doesn’t work with it… Genius.

We apologize for the bug. At the moment, Cornerstone does not support EP Form Builder. You can still use EP Form Builder and add the form shortcode in a normal page instead.
