E&P Form Builder form not displaying on frontend properly

Hi,

I have been creating some forms using the E&P Form Builder plugin and have been really happy with what I have created… testing them in the dashboard they work and look as they should. I have now gone to add the shortcode of the form in to the page I would like it displayed in using a content block and it does not display correctly at all:

I have gone ahead and deactivated all plugins to see if it was a plugin conflict however the problem was not resolved.

I am using PRO and my website is www.naomipearce.com, please note though it is under maintenance. I have added my login credentials as a secure note.

Would love to know what I need to do to resolve this problem ASAP.

Thanks for writing in!

Are you using the E&P form shortcode inside a text element or content area? There is a known issue that when a shortcode is placed in a v2 element, it will not display correctly. I would recommend that you use classic text or raw content element and then insert the E&P form shortcode.
