We created a form with E&P Form Builder which allows for monthly recurring donations. The payment processor is Stripe. Someone had filled out the form with another person’s information (this person asked for help with it). She filled it out with the other person’s information. However, in Stripe it’s marked as a subscription and the subscriber is the person filling out the form and not the person asking for help.
How could that happen? This person did not enter any of her own information.
What you have described is a Human error or intensionally done which is nothing to do with the Theme and the Plugin. Regretfully, there is no way to check if someone is entering the information of another which is correct too.

I can see all of the information that was filled out on the form. None of it contains the information for the person who ended up with the Stripe subscription. I’m not sure how it could have happened.
Maybe the person who helps accidentally fill-ups his/her own information. As my colleague said this is a human error which also I believe.
