E&P Form Builder always resend email

Why does E&P Form Builder automatically send out notified messages at different times? And they are all messages that have been sent successfully in the past. How can disable it?

Thanks for reaching out.

That’s weird and I’m not sure how to reproduce it as it’s based on Wordpress cron, may I know a sample email you’re getting? The only email I’m seeing is the one sent upon signup/order and it’s sent only once on my end.

Or is it just delayed and just sent on different time? It could due to cron configuration within a Managed Wordpress environment. And it could also due to cache and it remains and being sent over and over.

And please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials and I’ll check the email part. Please provide it in the secure note.
