I am interested in use SMTP and after installing a plugin I have found this message . Could cause a side effect to the x theme ? In which part of the php.file must be inserted or it is the same . Thanks
The password is stored in plain text. We highly recommend you setup your password in your WordPress configuration file for improved security; to do this add the lines below to your wp-config.php file.

We could not say if it will affect X because we have not tested such plugin. Also, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
