If there a way that I can dynamically pull the parent page name?

We are not sure what exactly you are asking for. The parent page can be pulled through the dynamic code, but there is no Dynamic Content tag is available for that.

What i’m looking to accomplish, is having the dynamic page name as a headline, and then the page parent page title as the second headline. How can I dynamically get the title of the page parent dynamically?

That may be possible with the use of the Looper Provider Custom to display the parent page. This method would need a custom PHP code to get the post parent and return that post parent title. It is already considered custom development and beyond the scope of our support already.
