Dynamic URL Content - Media File

I have a use case where a pdf doc will be uploaded to the site on a daily basis. There will be a button in the header that will need to pull this media file url dynamically.

What would be the best way to set this up?

Thanks, it was actually pretty simple. I set up the custom field using ACF plugin and then used the built in dynamic tools in Pro.
