Dynamic Permalinks with Post ID

I have a custom post type with a custom field that returns the post id of another page. I would like to add the permalink to the page in a custom layout in the layout builder.

{{dc:toolset:field field="application-page-link"}}

This code returns the post ID. I would like to generate the permalink in a button, probably like {{dc:post:permalink post="430"}}. How do i pass the result from the dynamic field here instead of 430.
