Dynamic Content: view excerpt if NOT NULL else

I’d like to undestrand if there is a specific {{dc …}} syntax in order to receive excerpt only if excerpt is not null.

Something similar to:
if excerpt is not null view {{dc:post:excerpt}}
else view {{dc:post:meta key="_yoast_wpseo_metadesc"}}
