Dynamic content icon not displaying

Hello, my dynamic content icon no longer appears in the appropriate fields. However, I can use dynamic content if I have the tag available, but the picker is no longer showing. I’ve tried disabling plugins but had no luck. It seemed to happen after I manually transitioned to X Pro from X. I followed the available instructions.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked a few elements like Text, and Raw Content and found the Dynamic Content picker is showing properly.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks for the reply. This is odd. I have no icon. I’m trying to edit the page Edmond-landingpage. I pulled up the text box to check and I see nothing. See below

This is very weird, I have checked the same and it shows the icon. Can you please check the same in a different browser on a different computer? The browser extension can be a reason behind your problem.

Yes, I tried it on my laptop on Safari (the screenshot was on Chrome on my iMac), and it’s the same issue. I also tried it on Safari on my iMac and it’s the same issue.

Just strange because it used to be there. That’s how I added all of the dynamic tags to that Edmond Landingpage.

It seems to be a problem with your machine only, I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.

Is it possible to give me a list or is there a page where you list all of the dynamic snippets? I have no clue what is happening with, what appears to be, my computer. When I load Cornerstone, I see these messages in console. Would this have anything to do with it? Do you see these errors in your console log (Chrome)?

Edit: I’ve tried it on both my iMac and Macbook after, no luck. I’ve tried connecting Nord to different IPs, no luck. I’m at a loss that it works for you but not myself haha.

It is not very clear what exactly happening at your end. The Cornerstone is working fine while it has been checked at my end. I would request you check in another machine, and if possible consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue physically at your end.

Sounds good. Can you direct me to a library of your dynamic tags?

Hi @whistlermedia,

Right now, there is no list available for the Dynamic Content tags. You can only get that from the Dynamic Content options through the Cornerstone.
