Dynamic content: get featured image title, alt, description

When building a template for “single post” I want to place the “featured image” title or caption (the ones you set in the media library), but there’s no “dynamic content tag” to place this data.

I found you can get the featured image id {{dc:post:meta key="_thumbnail_id"}}, but the same way you can easy get the {{dc:post:title}} could be nice the option to get the data from the featured image (like Title, Description, alt text, caption)

Regretfully, there is no option at the moment; it would require custom development, which falls outside our standard theme support scope. I recommend reaching out to a developer for assistance with custom work, or consider subscribing to ONE , where customization-related queries are answered.

Looks like that it’s a common requirement when you are building a custom template for “single post”, to put the featured image “title” or “caption” under the image in small text.
I think you must add this to the dynamic post variables
