Duplicating a Global Block loses its custom CSS

I have duplicated few Global Blocks. Each had some custom CSS, which was lost in the copy.

Hello Misho,

Thanks for writing in! When saving a page or block, only the elements and it’s inline element css will be saved. A page or global block’s custom css may not be included if you save it as a template. If it applies, I would recommend that you insert your custom css as inline element css. If you have a custom css that applies to the section, it is best that you add it in one of the section inline element css so that when you save the page or the block, it will also be saved.

I think that this is a slight UX issue. A global block has a “duplicate” button, and it implies that the Global block will be duplicated entirely.

If this is a technical challenge, perhaps a warning could pop up, if it finds custom CSS in the GB.
