The dropdowns in the menu on our website stopped working for some reason. Can someone help please?

Thanks for writing in! Can you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 7.2.3
  • Cornerstone 4.2.3
  • WordPress core 5.3.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches since you are using WP Fastest Cache plugin so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

Already updated and cache is cleared, didn’t work…
Any other ideas?

If you did an update already that is still cache. If in case you also have caching on your server, please try to clear that cache too.
