Dropdown menu doesn't work

Hi guys,

Something weird happened.

The submenus of my main menu doesn’t dropdown anymore… It happens on all devices, all browsers and has has nothing to do with CDN’s cache…

Please see the dropdown menu on “CONSULTATION” at : www.simondumas.fr for exemple.

Hi Simon,

I checked the front end of your website and there is a Javascript error causing the Javascript code not working and that is why the menu dropdown is not working.

I checked and it seems to be caused by the cache plugin that you use. Please kindly clear and disable the cache and that should fix the issue. Then please consult with the cache plugin developer to help you set up the plugin correctly to avoid such problems.

In general, you can always test for common issues mentioned here whenever you encounter problems.

Thanks for your response.
I’ve checked and deleted the cache plugin but it doesnt change anything.
Furthermore, the footer menu works perfectly (it is the same as the main)…
Any other idea?

Hi Simon,

The JS error is still there:

    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

It is a compatibility issue. You are using updated Cornerstone but X theme is not. X theme should be version 7.2.3. Please update X theme, clear cache after and then try again.
