Dropdown Menu Disappears/Closes on Nested Sub-Menu Mouseover

We have a client running a site at in-season.ca and the desktop dropdown closes/disappears when you mouseover a flyout submenu item.

Example: Shop > Home Decor (screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/J5MAeBh.png)

Removing all custom CSS doesn’t resolve the issue.

Running version 7.2.3

Would appreciate any help or suggestions you might have.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for writing in, but I can’t replicate this issue on my end, are you certain there is no custom CSS or JS involve on your navbar? This could be a plugin conflict, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Thank you for your response. I forgot to mention that I disabled plugins. The only thing still running was WooCommerce (its categories populate the menus).

Thank you for the credentials, yup this seems to be a bug. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.
