Dropdown broken on Mobile

Hi there,

I updated my website today, and since then the mobile dropdown button isn’t working.

I’ve tried removing all plugins, but the issue persists.

I can’t work out what is wrong, can someone please help??

I will post details about the site in a Secure note.

I also noticed that you are using SiteGround as your hosting provider. Be advised that SiteGround has a caching mechanism called SuperCacher. You may need to log in to your SiteGround account and clear your site caches first before testing your site again. Perhaps these links can help you:

HI @ruenel

I tried everything you suggested, but it hasn’t fixed it.

I can see the button that should create the Dropdown, but when I click on it nothing happens.

I have no idea how to fix this??

Everything is fine except the Toggle is broken on Mobile - it works on an ipad etc

Hi @freedomdesign,

I have checked your website on my Android mobile device and found that the Hamburger menu is working fine. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the problem or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

On my i-phone it looks exactly how yours does, but the Hamburger doesn’t work.

I’m checking on Chrome, I can’t really make a video as it doesn’t show me trying to click the button over and over…

I checked your site on my phone iPhone 7+ and it seems that the Hamburger menu is working fine at my end. Please have a look at the given screenshot below. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.
