Drop Downs not working in Safari

Hi all,

One of many, many X sites we have, suddenly (we think) drop downs are not working on Safari mac.

We made sure we have “#” in the URL field for these so that’s not the issue. We’re seeing the error (attached here.)

Any suggestions?

It’s a confirmed bug and already fixed on our unreleased version. Please stay tuned to the next update, or you can follow this thread and apply the suggested fix. Mobile Drop Down does not work

Okay. Then please specify the second path at Mobile Drop Down does not work again

So - the second path is in the plugins folder.

But I changed both files and did not fix the problem. BTW - the mobile menus work fine - it’s desktop that’s not working.

And now I know that I have 60 clients with websites that don’t work on Safari. This is kind of big deal guys!

I only changed the first file, but the Mobile Menu also works for me as it should.

Same here. Also in Mac Firefox. Desktop doesn’t work but mobile does. Please fix this soon!!

Success - thank you. Any update on when this will officially be released would be great - need to decide if I’m manually doing this on all our other sites of waiting for next version.

Glad to hear it’s working now, unfortunately, there is no ETA as of yet. But yes, you could use those in your other sites. If there will be no more bug-fixes to be added then that copy will be the same on next update.

Thanks for these updates. Sorry but I’m not as experienced as you, how do I install these once the zip files are on my mac desktop?

I just found your info for manually installing these updates. Thanks, I’ll take it from here.
