Drop down Presets missing

Hello,
Ever since my last update (Wordpress 4.9.5 & X Theme/Cornerstone 6.0.4/3.0.4) I seem to have lost some functionality in some strange ways.
Dropdown Preset (stack?) options are missing when editing a page in Cornerstone, i see the drop-down but no options are selectable and when i try to add an Audio element (classic or new) to any page, the element shows on the page but the content wont play?
Its possible these issues are not related but they both became noticable around the same time after updating.

Have gone through other posts with similar issues and changed php memory limits and so on, still having the same strange issues.

Please tell us what version you updated from so we at least have an idea what changes you’re referring to. Or, you can view it yourself from our Changelog. There are several different factors that could cause issues. I know you said you tried some troubleshooting steps but to be specific, did you try all of these?

2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If you tried all of that, please do the following:

1. Keep your caching plugin and CDN disabled (assuming you’re using those) all changed take effect immediately.
2. Enable the parent theme in order to be sure no customization is causing the issue.
3. Give us detailed description and perhaps some screenshots of each issue.
