Drop down navi on mobile doesn't work

The navigation button on the mobile version of my site https://www.seafoodtripping.com, on x theme/child theme doesn’t work. Can you please help me figure out how to fix it?

I updated the theme, and searched for the similar issue but haven’t been able to get it to work.

Also, the sign up popups don’t work either.

I toggled off “manage domain cache.” Is that what you mean? The navi on the phone still doesn’t work.

The drop-down menu works in mobile device both in IOS and Android.
