Drop down menu not working

Hi,

Since the latest update the dropdown menu “Clinic” has stopped functioning.

Using x, not pro.

I could see that you have an error on your custom JS. To check, try to remove your script if it will work again

Hi Brent,

It’s one of the theme’s js code that is returning an error but it shouldn’t be.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, kindly provide us your wordpress admin login in Secure Note.

Hi,

I deactivated all of the plugins and the drop down issue persisted.

if i use the parent theme the issue goes away.

using the child theme makes the issue happen again.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I check and it’s your defer js code that is causing the issue.
