The main top bar menu for our website (www.mobilemedicalcare.org) is not dropping down to allow people to click submenu items. On desktop this means that the only pages accessible are the header options and on mobile this means that no pages are accessible through the menu because the entire menu won’t open. Please advise what needs to change so that the menu goes back to functioning properly.

I checked your site it seems that there is some JS console error it might be due to plugin conflict, JS/CSS customization issue, or cache issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
