To fix to this issue, please add this custom CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS:

.x-navbar .desktop .sub-menu a {
    color: #000;
}

.x-navbar .desktop .sub-menu a:hover {
    color: #1a4985;
}

Hello there,

Yes. We recommend all your global CSS to be added to Theme Options > CSS from now on as best practice. Also to avoid styles being overriden between Customizer and vice-versa.
