Hi there, I have tried to look for solutions but can’t find the answer in any of the forum threads. Can you help me to identify how to fix the fact that drop down menus are no longer working on main menu? I have tried to make sure everything updated. Have tried deactivating etc, but not finding answer. Very grateful for help. Thank you. It is an unusual website as it has some hefty menus. But we have never had an issue with it before. Thanks so much. Log in details in private note.
I’m having the same exact issue on mine since the 2/28 Theme update. My drop down menus are working on desktop, but not on mobile, and I didn’t change anything. I know this isn’t answering your question lol, more or less just to let you know that I think it’s happening to multiple people.
Hi @toolboxkate,
Thank you for writing in, I saw you added that custom CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
.x-navbar-fixed-left .x-navbar-inner{
overflow-y: scroll;
}
That’s the culprit of the issue, I did go ahead and commented that out. Your submenu works fine now.
Another thing, I saw you have Wordpress 5.1.1, please update that to the latest version (5.3.2) to avoid incompatibility issues.
Additionally, we just release X 7.2.1, Cornerstone 4.2.1 which contains a fix for some bugs (changelog) on the previous release, please update to that version. @mmash34 you as well, please update to this version.
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Hope it helps,
Cheers!
