Hello the website is www.emilyscollon.com if you check it out in mobile youll notice when you make it mobile and click “ABOUT” the drop submenu “CONTACT” pops out and works but the initial ABOUT does not work but does if you click on it in on desktop.
I’ve checked your website and I noticed something unrelated to this issue but it’s worth to get it fixed, the logo image has the wrong URL like http://http://emilyscollon.com it should be http://emilyscollon.com.
