I am having an issue with the zipped package coming from Pro. When trying to install on WP is says failed. No plugin found. Troubleshooting steps:

  • Fresh WP Install
  • Fresh download
  • Cleared Cache
  • Different browser
  • Extracted and looked in file and there is no plugin files

Thanks for writing in! Please use the pro.zip file. You will have to upload the file as a WP theme in Appearance > Themes. For more details, please check this out:

– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
