Downgrade to X from Pro

Looking to downgrade back to X for one of the licenses I purchased. Pro is not working out as planned and need to get back to straight X for one of the sites/licenses.
Please advise.

As communicated via our blog posts and forum that after upgrading to Pro, you can’t rollback to X.

Профессионал надо сделать лучше - добавить не только заголовки но и контент .В общем неплохо , но не хватает работы над контентом .
