Downgrade to previous version

Is it possible to downgrade to a previous version of pro? I need to revert back to pro 4.33.

Thanks for writing to us.

To downgrade the previous version of Pro you need to download the previous version of the Pro theme for that you need to go to the Themeco account dashboard, download the Pro theme. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. I would suggest you please take a backup of the database and file before performing these steps.

  1. Activate the default WordPress theme and deactivate the Pro theme.
  2. Delete the Pro theme from the server
  3. Download the previous version of the Pro theme from the Themeco account
  4. Reinstall the Pro theme

Does this mean that I’ll lose all the customizations I did to the site before?

Hello Gimel,

You will not lose all your customizations as you have placed them in the Theme Options > Custom CSS or in the child theme. There are elements that might be missing though especially if those elements were introduced in the latest releases.
