Downgrade Cornerstone to Prevent Issue with WooCommerce?

Hello, recently I updated Cornerstone on my client’s live website and it is causing a very peculiar issue with WooCommerce — specifically the admin’s order search results — for some reason when Cornerstone is active, the order search results will display the same orders over and over, causing the search results to be hundreds of pages long. You can see this occurring here: https://snag.gy/tJYHjM.jpg

I have tested this by disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce 3.6.5 and Cornerstone 3.5.5 and switching to X Theme 6.5.6.

I would like to ask if it is possible to get a downgraded version of Cornerstone to resolve this issue so my client can continue searching/filtering their orders?

Please let me know if this is possible, if this issue has been encountered, and if there are plans to address it. Thank you!

Hi @jessebrito,

The latest supported version of Woocommerce that is tested with X 6.5.6 and Cornerstone 3.5.5 is Woocommerce 3.6.2.

You can keep track of the supported versions here:

We do recommend to refer to our Version Compatibility article and use the supported versions in order to avoid issues.

We are still doing some testing on our end for the latest Woocommerce version to ensure its compatibility with X and Cornerstone.

As for you initial question we do not have an automated way to rollback the version of Cornerstone. If you kept a backup of your site before the update, you can manually load the previous version of Cornerstone through FTP.

Hope this helps.
