Down arrow on menubar not displaying

hi, the arrow on the product menu isn’t displaying properly. But the icon appears on the theme option when editing.

Also the hamburger menu on mobile is also not displaying.

Thanks for reaching out.

This could happen due to version incompatibility between the CornerStone builder and the Theme you are using. It has been found that you are using X Theme with the updated version of 7.2.3 whereas the Cornerstone version is still behind the updated one i.e 4.2.3.
I would suggest you update the Cornerstone and re-check the issue still exists or not.

If this doesn’t resolve it and the issue still exists at your end, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
