Double Tap issue / Mobile navigation

Hi,

i am using a navigation modal on mobile-version. But mobile-visitors had to double tap the navigation to call the pages…
This is disturbing and no good UI. How can i solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited the website on my Android mobile device and found it working perfectly, can you please check by clearing the browser cache of the mobile device. If that does not resolve the issue please let me know the name of the device and operating system you are using while having this issue it helps us to replicate it.

its on IOS, tested on iphone6 and iphoneXR on several Browsers (Safari, Firtefox, Chrome), even then, when Cache is emptied…

The issue could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

And please clear your mobile phone browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
