Need some help getting rid of the double scrolling bar. It’s causing the website to get “stuck” and not scroll smoothly. Screenshot is attached. See the red arrow.

The double scrollbar appears only if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container. I have checked and found that the Contact section of the Page is having the issue,
I would suggest deleting the elements one by one inside the Contact section till the issue resolves. The last element that resolves the issue is the reason.
