I can not understand why I have a double scroll bar on my side:

Thanks for reaching out.
The double scrollbar appears if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container. In your case the Footer > Bar2 is set to 10 em height, which is the reason behind your problem. Please set it to auto and check if that resolves your problem or not.
