Double opt-in on Email forms plugin

Hello there!

I’ve implemented a opt-in form on my webpage, here it goes:

The integration is all good, the e-mail is sent to the right list, but it is doing a double opt-in, even though I’ve disabled it on the specific form (I only have one form on the plugin).

I don’t know what else I can do to remove the double opt-in e-mail.

Hi there,

I checked your website and found out that you used the Widget Area Element in Cornerstone to add the Email Form item. I have never used that way and I suspect that is the problem cause.

I suggest that you add the form using the Raw Content element and add the shortcode directly to it. You can find the shortcode by going to X > Email Forms and see the list of your forms:

Also I see that you add 2 forms, one for mobile and one for desktop. Would you please kindly test and remove one and see if it fixes the double opt in issue?

Just Tried these two option, but it didn’t work…

I am pretty sure Mailchimp does not allow disable the double option any longer,
