Double bar header navigation inline no dropdown

Hi,
I have a double bar (one sticky onduringscrolling) header and wpml active. In both bars there’s a language selector, in the first selector the dropdown with the second language selector is showing properly, but in the second bar the dropdown won’t show I don’t know why. Any idea?

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you go to your Header —>Bar 2 ---->Setup—>Options—>Uncheck the “Scrolling”. Please have look at the given screenshot below.
