Don't display the last 4 post in Essential Grid

Is it possible to have an Essential Grid and not display the four most recent posts?

Hi There,

To achieve that, please edit your grid and under the Source tab > Additional Parameters add offset=4:

And under Nav-Filter-Sort tab > Sorting, please setup like this screenshot:
