Domains registered through Theme.co not accessible. Website down

Hi. When I registered my domain tinybox.me through you as part of the hosting plan you used to offer I did not get any login information with OpenSRS which is obviously the provider of the domain. In order to make changes and renew I now need to contact you every year. This is not an option, the site is down now, emails do not work and you don’t reply to emails. Please resolve this asap. Permission to renew granted. Thanks
