Does X theme not support recent wordpress updates?

The last few updates have prevented my website from not rendering properly. My site host says its because X theme isn’t compatible with the most recent version of Wordpress. I find this hard to believe, and was hoping I could figure out how to update Wordpress while still keeping my website live and running properly.

Thanks for reaching out.
The latest version of X works fine on WordPress version 6.2, I would suggest you use that version and let us know if you face any problems with that.
