Does not recognise licence code?

Hi, I have several of the licences on different sites which all work ok, but this new site won’t recognise the licence. This is what I am getting

“We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

Sorry to hear you’re getting this issue, may I know which license and site you have this issue? And please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note so we could check it as well.
