I hope you are all well!
We are going to change our domain and we would like to know if that could affect our license. If so, what would be the best way to do it.

Does a domain name change affect our X-Theme license?

  • Yes, it does. The license code will only work to the domain that it has been assigned to. So after changing your domain, please go to your APEX account and manage your licenses (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You will need to reassign the license code to the new domain and then re-validate the X theme in this new domain.
