And what is the difference between the X theme which I have now and the Xpro?
I watched your demo video but cannot tell at all why I would want to go with the Pro version.

The major difference between X and Pro is Pro has a Header and Footer Builder so you can build far more header layouts. X only has limited header layouts.
With regards to demos imports though, X offers the demos you can see at https://theme.co/x/demos/.
Though Pro does not have full site demos, it has the Design Cloud where you can download separate designed parts for your website. It’s like pick and mix. For more details, please see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/template-manager/20364#design-cloud
It’s also imported via the Template Manager.
