I see this same error in the forum. I have checked the Cornerstone settings and the permissions are set correctly. This is only happening with some elements, not all.
I am on the latest version of X-Pro 6.5.15

Hello @mcaravaglia,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You might have forgotten to include the site URL in the secure note. Please provide the site link so we can check the permission settings. Did you check Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements configuration?
Best regards,
Ismael
The url is https://southbrooklyndentist.com. Yes, I have already checked the Cornerstone settings and they are correct. If you go to the Home page and click on any of the content under the heading “Doctors” you will see this.
Thank you for the update.
The Content Area elements are disabled for the Administrator role in Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements. Please refer to the screenshot below.
Make sure to enable it, save the permissions, then purge the cache. Let us know of the result.
Warm regards.
This is what I am seeing. Different then what you are showing me. I’ve enabled every option and cleared the cache. Same problem.
You have to click the Configure text beside the Elements , then look for the Content Area elements. Let us know if you need more assistance.
This worked, thank you. I’m not sure why it changed (perhaps due to updating X-Pro with all updates?).
I appreciate the fast response. My client is waiting for changes, so thanks again!
The update should not have affected the permissions. Anyway, glad to know that the issue has been resolved. Please don’t hesitate to open another thread if you have more questions.
Have a nice day.
